Payment Complete

Please check your email for details of your subscription and instructions for setting up your new Contact Center Suite.

Your payment provider statement will show ‘CONTACTEDGL’ as the beneficiary for this transaction.


Initial setup charge:

The initial payment will deploy and activate your Contacted system for one calendar month (fully refundable within one-month from activation date).

The end of the 1st month will mark the full use of the service for which you have paid.  After which time, we will consider the service for which you have paid to be satisfactory to you.

Monthly recurring subscription:

Your recurring subscription will be automatically charged on the monthly anniversary of the initial transaction and will ensure your Contact Center Suite remains active.

To cancel your subscription after the first month:

  1. Login to your PayPal account and cancel the recurring payment.
  2. If you have purchased your subscription through PayPal using a credit card, please notify us before the end of the current month and we will cancel your subscription on your behalf.
