This data item refers to the timeout of notifications posted to users.
The Base Notify data item has a key value of Timeout which is then divided into the following values: 1) Disable Notification, 2) Manually, 3) 10 seconds, 4) 30 seconds, and 5) 1 minute.
These values can be modified to suit the Contact Center Administrator.
