Call Campaign Rules

The Call Campaign rules are the very heart of the CONTACTED Call Campaign automation. This is where you set up call results, the recording of call results, and follow-up actions for different types of client responses.

To set Campaign Rules:

  1. Select Marketing > Call Campaigns from the Main Menu. The following screen is displayed.

  1. In the table of call campaigns, click the View icon for the required campaign. The following screen is displayed.

  1. Select Rules from the row of menu buttons.
  2. You are presented with a screen on which multiple rules can be selected. You can set a separate rule for each separate end result of a phone call. These rules include several different actions like setting up a follow-up call, sending an email or SMS message, or removing the prospect from the active list.
