This User Manual for the Contact Center describes all the operational tasks that users and administrators need to perform to configure and operate the Contact Center. The guide is divided into two sections:

Mobile login can be used as a desktop application, or it can be accessed with a mobile device.

The system automatically detects if the access request originates from a mobile device and prompts the user to choose Desktop or Mobile login.

For speed reasons, the mobile menu is simplified.
